How do I purchase tickets for a concert?
No. Outdoor shows are almost always standing room only. Almost all shows are general admission. Guests do tend to stand in front of the stage, so please know that your view may be blocked by those standing in front of you. You are welcome to bring your own folding chairs and claim your own spot. If you have any special needs, please do not hesitate to call us at 940-995-2294 or email us at email@example.com. If you are in a wheelchair, use a walker, etc, we will let you in up to 15 minutes early, so that you can claim a good spot.
Am I guaranteed a seat if I purchase a ticket?
You may purchase advance tickets online by clicking our Calendar page clicking Tickets on the concert you want to see. Advance ticket sales typically end at 4pm the day of the show. After advance sales end, you may purchase tickets at the door. Tickets sold the day of the show are typically priced at a slightly higher price than advance tickets . Please note that minors (those under 21 years of age) may not “come and go” once admitted for most shows.
Can I get a refund if I can't use my ticket?
Adults (age 21 & up) may come and go as they please. Minors (under 21) will not be allowed to come and go after they have been admitted.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter our establishment during concerts. Individuals 18 and older are always welcome with a VALID government-issued ID. Acceptable forms of identification include a state-issued driver’s license or ID card, military ID, or international Passport. A student ID is not an acceptable form of identification.
MINORS (UNDER 21) MAY NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN IN THE PRESENCE OF THEIR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS. IF MINORS ARE FOUND WITHOUT THEIR WRISTBANDS, THEY WILL BE ESCORTED OFF THE PROPERTY. NO REFUNDS & NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Anyone under the age of 21 that consumes or attempts to consume alcohol and individuals that provide or purchase alcohol for a minor will be forced to leave the premises and also may be subject to arrest. If tickets are sold in advance, everyone must have a ticket–NO EXCEPTIONS. Some shows have an additional “minor charge” for guests under 21, which is NOT included in the price of the ticket and is to be paid at the door.
No, we do not provide refunds on ticket purchases, however, you may pass the unused tickets along to friends or family. They will thank you for it!
